Guided Imagery

Guided imagery is a potent tool to evoke lasting change with challenging issues or behaviors — even those that haven’t responded to traditional counseling or positive affirmations.

Counseling and affirmations can be helpful, but most of your behaviors are dictated by your subconscious mind.  Only by accessing that through Hypnosis, or Guided Imagery, will you get to the underlying causes.

You can treat symptoms all day long. But until you get to the root of your dysfunctions, you’ll only have temporary results — or might even complicate the problem!

We can use Guided Imagery daily to change our lives. You can play these recordings while going to sleep, or sitting quietly in a receptive state anytime.

Guided Imagery can help you relax, reduce anxiety, deepen your sleep, or increase your self-confidence.
